Help with unknown shield found on grave

Hello, The shield is found on the grave of Conrad Grevesmuhle. He has connections to Rostock in Germany and Malmö, Sweden. He lived late 1300- and died 1391. Does anyone know anything more about the shield,ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you!
